Alright, so if you listened to me in Week 2 you had a nice 12-4 campaign. Remember I told you that you could thank me later? It's now later.
I was absent last week from posting picks, but in case you wanted to know, I went 10-6. It wasn't great, but I'll take double digit wins in back-to-back weeks anytime.
Now we are in to Week 4 and there are some interesting match ups on the board this week. Here's how I see the week unfolding. And by the way, just remember these picks are just my opinion of how things will shake down and are in know way intended to be your only source for making NFL picks.

Hoops Commercial: Derrick Rose Battles Bull Fighter in Adidas Spot
The actuality that we may not have an NBA season gets realer every day, but that won't stop shoe companies from doing everything in their power to get you to drop that $125 on a hot new pair of signature kicks.
Your 2010-2011 MVP was lights out last season in Chi-town, and if fans are lucky enough to watch games in 2011-2012, smart money says D. Rose will be as good if not better than he was a year ago.
Take a look at his new Adidas spot for the adiZero Rose 2.
Hat tip to Cosby Sweaters.

NFL Video: New Orleans Saints 2011 Pre-game Chant
Is Drew Brees cool or what? He's got a cool name, a cool job, and most of all he comes up with some really cool chants to get his team hype for games.
Here you can check out the former Superbowl MVP getting the Saints all worked up to do battle!
Now it's debatable if the new 2.0 version is as good as the original, but either way, I'm digging it. What about you?
Hat tip to The Victory Formation.

NFL Video: St. Louis Rams Release Video on How Fans Should Cheer
The St. Louis Rams are expecting the 2011-2012 to be a big one, and they are counting on the fans to do their part to help the team get back to their winning ways.
Check out this video released by the Rams organization on how their fans should support the franchise.
I don't know how successful this is going to be only because fans aren't normally receptive to being told how to cheer here in the states. It might work in Great Britain or Spain, but not so much in the good ole US of A.
Don't believe me, just ask LeBron, D-Wade, and Chris Bosh if the fans in Miami changed their tune after the Heat released a similar set of 'rules' last season.

Trick Shot Video Staring Wayne Gretzky
He's been retired for years, but you better believe that Wayne Gretzky still has some of the skills that made him the greatest hockey player of all time.
Check out "The Great One" in a trick shot parody that will leave you scratching your head and asking, what the hell just happened?

NFL Video: Sabastian Janikowski Ties NFL Field Goal Record
Some may call him "Sea Bass", but I prefer the nickname "The Russian Boot" when it comes to Oakland Raiders kicker Sabastian Janikowski.
The Raiders long time kicker tied an NFL record on Monday night against the Denver Broncos with this 63-yard field goal.
Janikowski's leg is remarkable. During the pre-game he made a ridiculous 70-yarder just for fun. As long as Al Davis keeps Janikowski's favorite Vodka on tap, "The Russian Boot" will keep making crazy kicks like this one.
And by the way, the Raiders actually won the game 23-20.

CFL Video: Buck Pierce Gets Bucked by Craig Butler
Football is back across the board, and the hits are adding up like Cedric Benson's rap sheet.
The Canadian Football League has been going strong for ten weeks, and this was the biggest hit in all of football from this weekend.
Craig Butler, a rookie playing for the Saskatchewan Rough Riders laid the wood on quarterback Buck Pierce of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers with authority. Check it out.
Pierce was lucky his head didn't fly off along with his helmet on that play. Great hit from the rookie safety. Hat tip to Outside the Boxscore.

Candy of The Day.....Jazzy_Stacks
Fellas this is Jazzy_Stacks and she's a 21 year-old model from Los Angeles, California. Now even though her handle sounds more like that of an exotic dancer, she isn't. I don't think Jazzy is the word I would use to describe this hottie, but it is what is is. Flat out stunning!

Nike Commercial: Back For The Future Sneakers
If you were born before 1985 then you have a pretty good idea how huge of a hit Back to The Future was. Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd, aka Marty McFly and Doc Brown changed the way we looked at time travel.
Well we've all hopped in the DeLorean and time traveled to 2011, and from the looks of things a lot has changed in 21 years.
So why are these being released you're wondering? Nike is teaming with Michael J. Fox and his foundation in their fight to find a cure for Parkinson's. I've heard these kicks are going on Ebay for upwards of $75,000, so if you've got a little change lying around maybe you can pick yourself up a pair.
Soccer Video: Steve Nash Keeping Busy with Vancouver Whitecaps
It's easy to like Steve Nash. The guy has personality, plays threw injuries, and is an all around nice guy.
In case you weren't aware, Nash is co-owner of the Vancouver Whitecaps of Major League Soccer, which goes to show he has some business sense too.
Here Nash laces up his soccer cleats and gets some practice in with his team. Check it out.
Must be fun to scrimmage against players that you pay, and actually look good doing it! If the lockout continues at least we know that Nash can be an owner/player for his Whitecaps. How awesome is that?!

NFL Video: Packers Rookie Randall Cobb Ties Kick-Off Return Record
The NFL is back and the opening game was lights out between the Saints and Packers.
There were a lot of great plays from the game, but the highlight of the night was made by Packers rookie Randall Cobb. Cobb was a second round selection by the world champions and he didn't waste any time proving his worth.
The fact that he was able to stay on his feet and avoid being tackled on the play is astonishing, not to mention the fact that the return tied a kick-off return record.
In the end the Packers rolled to a 42-34 victory on the NFL's opening night. Thank God for football!
