This is a clip from the Penn Relays from last weekend. When we've posted track & field videos recently, they've been of Usain "Lighting" Bolt. That hasn't changed. Team Jamaica ran the 4x100 meter relay in 37.90 seconds breaking the previous meet record. Bolt's leg was run in a blazing 8.74 seconds.
I'm anxious for the London Olympics to see what type of show Usain will put on. Bolt is consistently brilliant on the track and there isn't a significant opponent to stand in the way of his dominance. Honestly, the Jamaican team is still riding the wave of success it achieved at the Beijing games. Bolt hasn't slowed down and neither have they. It's just unfortunate track & field doesn't have a more fan friendly television package.
