The Los Angeles Lakers went 4-1 without their superstar, and did so in impressive fashion. The Mamba made his return to the lineup on Tuesday in Memphis and the scene was as familiar as ever.
With the Lakers down two points and just 8.8 seconds left to play in the game, Kobe used a Paul Gasol pick to get free for a game winning three pointer.
This was the fifth game that Kobe has won this season on a final shot attempt. He finished the game with 32 points, seven rebounds, and six assists. With the win the Lakers improved to 43-14 on the season and hold a 5.5 game lead over Denver in the western conference
