The last two days have been full of speculation regarding Chris Henry. The 26 year-old Bengals wide receiver passed away Thursday after complications from a car accident involving he and his fiance.The story is even more tragic because Henry, who had had numerous legal issues since entering the league in 2005, had been trouble free for the last 18-24 months and appeared to have put his past behind him.
Commissioner Roger Goodell has requested a moment of silence before all NFL games this week in honor of Henry's memory. The Bengals will also wear a #15 sticker on their helmets for the remainder of the season.
Henry had been inactive for the Bengals since suffering an arm injury earlier in the season. My thoughts and prayers are with Henry's family during these tough times.
